Just finished "Spinning Silver" and "Ready Player One." I really enjoyed them both.

Nearly done with "Girl on Fire" by M.C.A. Hogarth, then (if I can find it on the *&$#@ kindle) the several decades later story of her wedding.  (She's Eldritch, she can be expected to live 1,000 years.)
We've had our toad for the 2020s, it's got to get better from here!
But do beware the toad burps.

 LOL

So glad you liked Spinning Silver, Z!

Currently rereading The Shadow of Albion by Andre Norton and Rosemary Edgehill. Alternate history in what would have been the Regency period, except the Stuarts are still on the throne.

I enjoyed that book and I believe the following one when it came out.

I got the sequel first at a used book sale. After looking at used bookstores for years, I finally bought the first one from Amazon.

Finished "Girl on Fire" and started "Healer's Wedding", main character from the former is one of the mains from this one, some decades later.

Love this!

Just started the Thompson & Sons Series. My bestie works for Vivian Arend and tells me I must read all her books.

When men are difficult, they're dubbed born leaders.
When I speak my mind, I'm considered a b**ch"
