Individually, at least, but a pack against a bear is still not a fair fight, wolves OR werewolves.

Because werewolves are not only individually stronger & smarter than wolves, they heal better, while a Walker bear won't!

But one on one I think it would be close to equal.

Wolves would win, probably. If it is like Mercy it could probably call up some dead people >D

Not if they're not nearby, and not all ghosts are equally capable of affecting the solid world.

I just hunted up a quote to use in "Hangman" and it brought up a question about walkers.
In Blood Bound, on page 26, Stefan says of the sorcerer, "I don't think he could affect Mercy's, [memory] even being a sorcerer.  That kind of thing just doesn't work on walkers like her, not unless he made a real effort."

I'm wondering if the phrase "walkers like her" might not mean more than simply "walkers in general"? after what we saw of other walkers in "River Marked".
Maybe different walkers have different talents and vulnerabilities, like different athletes or different musicians or artists.

That could very well be.

On the other hand Patricia Briggs admits to being a 'pantster' writer. At the time she might have meant just the walkers in general.

Oh, absolutely, but sometimes little clues like that come back & turn useful.  We do now know that not all walkers see or can manipulate ghosts; we don't know if this is a 'born in' talent that is sometimes suppressed, or simply not there in some walkers, or at such a minimal level that it's easily suppressed.  Like someone who plays piano decently, but couldn't do anything outstanding with it, so chose to ignore it to... become a very good mechanic, or code writer, or engineer, or baker.  Also ignoring the ability to... play football pretty well but not up to professional standards, or maybe someone who sews their own clothes but doesn't try to 'design'.

They probably do have different talents and vulnerabilities; Jim told Mercy that not all walkers are the same. Some of Mercy's abilities might be stronger since she is Coyote's daughter, more or less, while there's probably a good many generations between Hawk and the Owens brothers. On the other hand, altering someone's memory might be more difficult than simply controlling them, like the river devil did with Hank. Even then she didn't completely manage it. Blackwood was able to make Mercy forget he had bitten her.
