Just been reading black wolves of boston again and the discussion with Wonder Woman and thought Is Isiah the Milkman's? It would explain so much.
Just reread that scene. It seems to be a good possibility. Might explain his mother's suicide.

If you like snippets and other things, check out Wen's Patreon page. I hadn't heard of this site before, but it is a neat idea. It lets you support your favorite artist. I signed up two months ago and I love it.

This was posted on her FB page; I think Oscar is particularly noteworthy...

From Wen Spencer's Facebook page

Publishing Schedule
THE BLACK WOLVES OF BOSTON will be out February 7, 2017. It is available for pre-order on Amazon in hardcover and kindle version. I have had no word about the audible version. I will let you know if this changes. I don't know about nook or any other formats.
THE DISHARMONY OF THE SPHERES (Thomas' steampunk novel.) Not done. Not turned in. No release date yet. I'm writing as fast as I can.
HARBINGER -- ELFHOME #...5? 6? I'm not sure what number we're sticking on this. I haven't started. No idea when I'll turn this in. I will be updating this list when s!*t changes.
More Joshua -- yes -- it will happen -- one day.
EVERYTHING ELSE! NO! STOP ASKING!

Last time I looked at her public facebook, she was concentrating on the sort of steam punk thing instead.

That would be The Disharmony of Spheres with Thomas as protagonist. As far as I've heard, she hasn't finished it yet.

For some reason that particular series does not resonate with me the way her other books do. I don't think it's just that it's YA, because I like a lot of YA. It may just be the timing of when I read it - I was not finishing a lot of books then, even ones by authors who are normally must-buys.

I know what you mean.  I haven't finished a book in the last 4 months.  Can't get started, can't get finished.
