I picked up one of the 'mid series' ones a while back.  Kind of fun.  Didn't finish before I had to return it to the library.

I have read the first in the series, very enjoyable. But then it was waiting for the next and I sort of forgot about it.
Thanks for reminding me. :)

The order of the series this; Hexed, Hounded, Hammered, Tricked, Trapped, and Hunted. The Novellas takes place like this Grimore of the Lamb ( prequel)  and "Two Ravens and a Crow" takes place between Tricked and Trapped

Oh yes!  I didn't realize we had no thread for him!  I enjoy his books, and he's also fun to follow on twitter.  He was a high school English teacher until he went to writing full-time, and that shows (in a positive way) in his writing.  It's not very often that I actively enjoy the way a book is structured while I'm reading it.  :D

I've seen Hearne around, but hadn't started it until this summer. I'm usually moving around too much in the height of cycling and work seasons to sit and read as much as I'd prefer, so I end up getting the audiobooks.

The audiobooks are not just Hearne's entertaining writing, but also some fabulous performance. Oberon's my favorite.

I'm waiting on Tricked to come in right now, and can't wait - ahhh!
