Apologies especially to Patti L, who has tried to help me 4 times. When I try to reply to her I get error messages. I'll try to keep clear of "for Patty" message boxes, and not post so much.

You need to clear out both your in & out message boxes, they all count for how many you have done, and until you get more posts, you're limited how many private messages you can have at a time.  It's meant to keep spammers from coming in & sending messages claiming to be from the management.

The "suggestions welcomed" thread here too is open for asking questions.
