Question about Mercy's choice (NOT looking for spoilers)
« on: December 18, 2007, 11:32:48 am »
Hi.  I was thinking about Mercy's choosing between Adam and Sam, and it brought a question to mind:

When you originally set up the situation with Mercy having two very compelling suitors, did you know then which one she would choose, or did that evolve as the stories went on?

I'm just curious about the process, not which one she chooses.  Thank you, and I'm looking forward to the book.   :)

Dear Lord, be good to me.  The sea is so wide, and my boat is so small.

You let a wolf save your life, and you pay and you pay, and you pay...

***SPOILER FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN"T READ IRON KISSED***

It evolved as the story went on.  I was pretty sure by the end of Blood Bound that the reason Samuel and Adam hadn't killed each other was because Samuel wasn't as serious as he thought he was :)
Best,
