After reading River Marked I have a question about Mary Jo. I don't consider this a RM spoiler, but just to be cautious I've marked it as such.

In River Marked Mercy says that there are only two female werewolves in Adam's pack. Honey and Auriele are both mentioned in the book. So what happened to Mary Jo? I haven't finished re-reading Silver Borne yet, but I don't remember her dying or anything. I also don't remember Bran taking Mary Jo with him to Montana.

So is it just a mistake or am I missing something?

I saw that as well and presumed it was an error.

I think it was an error as well. I don't think Bran took Mary Jo anywhere.

May be a Freudian slip; Mary Jo wants Mercy out, now Mercy wants her out too?

LOL

Mercy knows, that no matter how sullied her image became, Mary-Jo is still a valued member of the pack.

I noticed that too, but it most likely was a typo.  In Silver Borne, when Bran is giving Mercy Pack Magic 101 (love that phrase for some reason), she recognizes Paul and Mary Jo searching for her.  If they're still in the pack at that point, they are probably still in it in River Marked.

I noticed that, too, and figured it was an error.  It's hard to keep track of these things.  9)

It's an error. It was mentioned to Patty and Mike on an earlier read but couldn't be corrected for print. There is still three women in the pack.

Since it was Mercy talking she said three so I went with that, but yes, four with Mercy. ;)

But still only 3 (or 10%) female werewolves.
