This book was great!!!! I cried when I thought that , I forget his name, it starts with a k and he only has one arm. Well anyway , I cried when I thought he was dead. Good thing he was not because I can really get angry at a book. :P

I read it a LONG time ago so I don't remember the particulars....but I loved it!
Murphy- Are you always such a wise-ass?
Dresden- Nope, sometimes I sleep! :) ~ Dresden Files

I know the voices in my head aren't real..... but sometimes their ideas are just absolutely awesome! ;D

Absolutely love The Hob & all other characters, please, please more, anyway anyhow.    Love all your books and after reading all except the Homecoming, 2 short story in anthology's, and since I just finished River Marked I am going to try to locate them too!  Hungry for more!  Great stuff!  Not much help critiquing here just can't stand to wait for more.  Only thing I ever faulted Louis L'Amour for was "dying".  :-(   You are Great!  You always leave me wanting to research into your ideas.  Thank you for sharing your work.

I read the Hob's Bargain a while ago, and just reread it, and still love this book so much.  The tale of Aren, Caefawn, and Caefawn's tail is really touching and so playful.  I totally understand that Ms.Briggs has her hands tied, probably for a while, until she can finish the books under contract in the Mercedes Thompson/Alpha & Omega series (which I also love as they brought me to Patricia Brigg's work).  I also adore the Hurog series.  However, I do hope that at some point Ms.Briggs gets some space to delve again into this wonderful world she has created.  There is still so much latent potential for mischief and adventure wrapped in the blossoming affection between Aren and Caefawn.  The love between these two characters that are superficially dissimilar, and yet deeply bonded through mutual loss, magic, and understanding, pulled me into the total thrall of this book.  The characters continue to wander through my mind, look for more mischief than I have to offer, until their world can be expanded in a sequel.  Thank you for your amazing works :)
