I get to see it and start with episode one! Tomorrow there is a marathon of episodes starting with the first at 2pm. :D  Hopefully my expectations will not have been turned up too high. :)

Are there any good and honorable characters in this show?

So far, Dany has struck me as good and honorable, along with Ser Jorah.  So has Arya.  I also think Tyrion is both good and honorable.  There are a few others.  But I do like that most of the characters are shades of gray.  Some are a darker gray than others, but I do like that they're not one-note.  (For instance, I also watch the series Once Upon a Time, and the Evil Queen is really getting on my nerves because she's just so unrelentingly one-note.)
