Omega Question
« on: January 05, 2009, 03:43:02 pm »
Hey Patty - I hope you had a great holiday and that you will have a fantastic New Year!

I keep forgetting to ask you this question - but I just remembered it :D

I was wondering if someone was born an Omega because it was innate in them- when they are changed to become a werewolf do they automatically become one without the chance of dying?
And unlike Anna's change which was forced how could another prospective Omega be changed because wouldnt it be difficult to attack one in the first place even though there might be a consensual agreement.

Thanks ;D

I had a terrific Christmas/New Year :)  And I hope you and yours did as well!

1.  An Omega has the same chance of dying as anyone who is changed -- as far as the wolves know.   Magic, (as I stated in another Ask Patty) has an effect too -- and though unpredictable -- seems to favor an omega wolf's surviving the change.

2.  Yes, it is difficult for a wolf to attack an Omega.  Though consent makes it a lot easier.   But, as Anna proves, consent is not, strictly speaking, necessary.
