Title: PJ Schnyder
Post by: charmed on November 22, 2011, 06:25:23 pm
PJ writes urban fantasy, paranormal, sci fi and steampunk romances. The stories are fun and engaging; she does go into some detail with her love scenes, there's no fade to black.

My favorite one by her so far is her sci fi novella, "Hunting Kat (http://ebooks.carinapress.com/101BB9D9-9310-4F9B-9029-909C07D3214D/10/134/en/ContentDetails.htm?ID=4AAE9BAE-0585-4899-87A2-77067A639980)".

She has a website (http://pjschnyder.com/blog/), a Twitter account (http://twitter.com/pjschnyder), a Tumblr account (http://pjschnyder.tumblr.com/),and a facebook account (http://www.facebook.com/pjschnyder).

I like her stories Carol, you should definitely give them a try. They have humor, action,  and romance.

BTW, somewhere in the photo member thread is a pic of PJ and I from back in the spring, when she was at a con in Boston. I went solely to meet her. :)

LOL *waves Hi to everyone* - it was so great to see you, Charmed. Thank you again for coming right into Boston to meet me.

Yah - at anime cons, I go with the fox ears and tail  or I go Japanese school girl. :P

For sci-fi cons, I tend to go steampunk.

That would be lovely, if you have the links at hand.  Some of us are scared of unknown sites and or not too good at Google searches.  Or lazy, let's be honest!  LOL

Hi All! It's been a long while.

I'm super excited to announce that I've got a 3 book deal with Carina Press for a brand new paranormal romance series of novellas.

Shapeshifters! fighting zombies! in London! Plus a plucky heroine with a different kind of strength.

The first book, BITE ME, will release in summer of 2013.  bOuNcY

Thanks! The trailer turned out way better than I imagined. I'm super happy about it.

And thank you to anyone who's interesting in Bite Me. I'm having super fun working on the second and third books.

I need to get out and check these boards more often!

London Undead is Awesome!

I love Bite Me! (PJ was kind enough to let me 'Win' a copy and a review was posted on Charmed's site. I am on my iPad, so don't have a copy of the original review at hand, but, I enjoyed it enough to read it a couple of times since I got it!

Sing for the Dead though, topped it in my opinion. Her creativity and use of a Bean Sidhe (Banshee) was perfect. Truly the best interpretation and use in a story I have read to date! The romance was strong. The characterization of the male is outstanding. From the integration of his past, and how it effects his actions and thoughts worked seamlessly in the story.

Sadly, I have not had the chance to read the newest release of the London Undead "Survive Til Dawn". It is on my Must Buy List (before Skin game if that gives you any idea how much I am looking forward to it) as soon as I do, I will get a review up here.

(Copied my Review from Kindle)
Survive Til Dawn Book 3 of London Undead Series
Quote
Seductive Little Witch... May 31, 2014

Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Once again PJ Schnyder has taken her London Undead to the next level. The world she has built is ever evolving and growing. As the time passes. The situation in her world grows with it. A trait missed by some authors, time passes, but their worlds don't evolve. PJ does that very well with London Undead. Her story is strong, the romance more tender than the first two books. The intimacy scorching Hot! My only wish...is for her to do the next book! I can't wait to see what her imagination pulls forth!

Of Note: I had forgotten that the London Undead Series is a 3 book deal. It would be incredible if they would extend it. Wishful thinking on my part, but now I need to figure out where my copy of "Hunting Kat" went so I can read it.
